The hotel may have fared better just as a basic motel considering the price, but the cleanliness and quality of the room were satisfactory. Although advertised and booked as a studio apartment expecting daily servicing, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Undercover parking was a plus, leading us to book again for next week.

On the contrary, other staff members were very friendly and helpful despite the incident. There was also an incident of staff members yelling at kids to be quiet in the pool early. This inconsistency led to a mixed service rating.
